By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Our Services

Bride in Couture provides luxury bridal gown design, customization, and styling services. Our offerings include private appointments, bespoke gown creation, alterations, and bridal consultations.

Appointments

• All appointments are by reservation only and subject to availability.
• We kindly request 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
• Appointment durations are estimates and may vary based on individual needs.

Orders & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin gown production.
• The remaining balance is due at the final fitting, before gown delivery.
• Custom and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on design complexity.

Alterations

All gowns include up to two standard alteration appointments. Additional alterations may incur extra charges. We recommend scheduling your final fitting 2-4 weeks before your wedding date.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Bride in Couture and are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Bride in Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Photography & Media

We may photograph gowns for portfolio and marketing purposes. Client photos are only used with express written consent. If you prefer your images not be used, please inform us in writing.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
